MACHINE FEATURES: The machine is a volumetric filling machine that works with a pneumatic system.It takes the product from a 30 lt hopper with standard or level system control according to need. The weight adjustment is easily adjusted and recorded with the dial and the numerator.

- It draws the product to be filled directly from its own funnel or the machine is connected to the bottom of the manufacturing vessel and fed from there.

- Thanks to its high surface smoothness and argon welding technology, it prevents bacterial growth and contamination.

- Sealing elements are made of teflon, viton or polyethylene material depending on the chemical property and temperature of the material to be filled.

- The parts on the machine are connected to each other with tri-clamps.

- Nozzle, valve and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning. It can be easily disassembled without using any tools.

- Depending on the product, liquid, viscous or granular replaceable filling nozzles are available.

- There is a platform with drawers to put the packages during the filling process; this platform can be easily adjusted up and down according to the length of the packaging.

- The machine rests on a stainless steel frame supported by 4 wheels. Thanks to its wheels, it is made ready to be filled easily and quickly on the ground.

- Table top and wheeled models are available.

- The machine works with 6 ATU compressed air. No electrical or electronic system is used in the machine. (Except for mixing and heated funnel systems)

MATERIALS USED IN THE MACHINE:

- All places where the product to be filled touches are 316 L quality stainless steel. The other outer surface, casing sheets and feet are 304 quality stainless steel and aluminum.

- FESTO brand pneumatic equipment (oil-free system)

OPERATING TEMPERATURE :

It can be filled from 5 ºC to 85 ºC with standard sealing gaskets, and above 90 C with sealing gaskets made of special material.
